Transcript - Program Leadership & Support

My name is Kathryn Caggiano. I have the great pleasure of directing the Master of Engineering Program here in the College of Engineering at Cornell University.

Dr. Caggiano has carried and supported our program from the very start. Some people say she's like the mother of our program. And she pretty much does everything that a mother should to make sure that we're all doing well. My name is Dr. Victoria Averbukh and I direct Cornell Financial Engineering Manhattan.

I saw Victoria in action, and I was very impressed. She's not just somebody trying to maximize the number of students in her program. She's trying to make sure that they get a good education. And she also cares very deeply about them.

Having Kathryn in Ithaca and Victoria in New York City creates a leadership team that provides holistic support and continuity for our students from the moment they are admitted into the program to the moment they graduate and well beyond.
