Kevin Wang graduated cum laude from the College of William and Mary in May 2016 with a B.S. in applied mathematics and a B.B.A. degree in finance. He also studied abroad in the short stay exchange program at Kanazawa University in 2015.
While interning at JFP Holdings as an investment banking summer analyst in 2015, he conducted in-depth industrial research in dairy, industrial, automobile industry, create financial models through discounted cash flow analysis and peer group analysis as well as author teasers, confidential information memoranda and other merger documents. He also developed strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills as well as solid programming background with Python, MATLAB and R through coursework of data structure, numerical analysis, mathematical statistics, probabilities and statistical data mining.
Kevin appreciates the challenge that comes with working on solving real world problems and hopes to do this as part of his career in the future.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling, jogging and reading.
