Johnny Fung is the Group Managing Director of Leo Paper, a global printing company headquartered in Hong Kong and with offices spanning three continents. Johnny joined Leo Paper in early 1994. Together with his management team, they grew Leo Paper from one single product manufacturer to a company that produces books, book plus, interactive children ebooks, paper gift items, stationeries, packaging products, greeting cards, and corrugated boxes.

Before joining Leo Paper, Johnny worked in the communication and technology field. He is a seasoned executive with hand-on experience in operations and marketing management gained from a number of international technology firms. In the mid-1990s, not long after joining Leo Paper, he started working with many international companies that operated in Asia on the code of conduct initiative in Asia. His latest initiative in the company is to combine operations technology and information technology to improve manufacturing execution.
