We want to try and make sure that our students have as many resources as possible to be able to market themselves and to be able to present themselves to employers in a professional light.

As ORIE MEng students we receive a wide variety of career support while we're in Ithaca. They include the CCNet which is the career services website. There are several career fairs throughout the year.

The faculty places a very, very strong emphasis on making sure we all get great jobs once we graduate. So their doors are always open to help you with resumes, to talk to you about a company and their standing in the industry. So you know what you're talking about when you go meet with them for your interviews. And every step along the way they're there for encouragement and any help, to answer any questions that you have.

Our students have access to professional career coaches for interview prep and multiple opportunities for mock interviews. We also assist our students in evaluating offers and making career decisions. The bottom line is we are committed and focused on 100% placement, whether it is for summer internships or full-time jobs.
