Guangyu Yang received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Fudan University. While studying at Fudan, Guangyu also traded in the Chinese stock market. Due to his academic achievements, he received the opportunity to study at National University of Singapore. In Singapore, he was honored to meet with Mr. Jim Rogers and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Prior to attending Cornell University, Guangyu had several internship experiences in the financial industry, from proprietary trading to quantitative research, and received valuable insights in the market.

In his spare time, Guangyu enjoys reading the Financial Times and playing poker. Upon graduation, Guangyu hopes to pursue a career in trading, portfolio management or quantitative research.
