Mr. Lustig is Managing Partner of Dover Madison Capital Management. Prior to founding Dover Madison, he had over 30 years of experience as an investment banker, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and financings. He had worked on over $200 billion of transactions. He was most recently a Senior Managing Director at Duff & Phelps and was, prior to that, Head of M&A in the Americas for The Royal Bank of Scotland, Head of M&A in North America for predecessor firm ABN AMRO, and Head of Media and Communications Investment Banking at ING Barings (acquired by ABN AMRO). Previously, he was Head of Telecom, Media and Technology Investment Banking at Wertheim Schroder & Co.
Mr. Lustig graduated from Cornell University with a B.S., M.Eng., and M.B.A. as a Knight Scholar.
Mr. Lustig is also Co-Chairman of the Museum of the Moving Image in New York City, a member of the Cornell Engineering College Council, an Advisory Board Member of Cornell’s Financial Engineering Graduate Program, a Board member of the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District, and a Board Member of ARIF, a private foundation.
